It is celebrated from October 15 to 17 and a dozen establishments in the downtown area and the promenade participate.

Torremolinos, October 14, 2021.

The II Torremolinos Vegan Tapa Fair starts this Friday, October 15 with new participating establishments and attractive gastronomic proposals. Today the event was presented at the Palette Pizzeria, a winning restaurant last year with its cover 'Adobo from the land to the sea', which together with the creativity of the gastronomic offer comes accompanied by a varied leisure proposal that includes a small market ecological in the Playamar area.

The Councilor for Culture, David Tejeiro, has highlighted the dynamization capacity of this type of initiatives to end seasonality and attract people from nearby municipalities and has thanked the involvement and effort made by bars and restaurants in the municipality “to offer the public new incentives and make themselves known”.

He also recalled that this weekend the capacity restrictions disappear and although "we still have to be very cautious, without a doubt, businesses are going to benefit".

This year, Chino Playa, Chopp Playamar, Ponderosa, Pizzeria Palette, Espiga Vegetariano, Americano Verano, Wala Room, Folks Street Food, Canela en Rama Heladería, Cobos Garden, La Colina Beach and La Oveja Negra are participating, and they already have their 100% vegan tapas ready.

A parallel entertainment program is also planned to make the fair more attractive and also to further environmental awareness. It includes the market for organic products, storytelling and kpop choreography, all in the beach area.
