Tribute Concert to Andrés Segovia, I Marqués de Salobreña was a virtuoso Spanish classical guitarist from Linares. Many of today's professional classical guitarists have been disciples of Andrés Segovia or of his disciples. Recognized as one of the greatest guitarists in the world, he achieved that the instrument was considered at the height of others such as the piano or the violin.

Javier García Moreno was born in Malaga and began his guitar studies under the direction of his father, the guitarist and professor at the Superior Conservatory of Malaga, Antonio García Azuaga, years later, he continued his studies at the Royal Superior Conservatory of Music of Madrid, where He is unanimously distinguished with the "End of Degree Honor Award".

He is Professor of Guitar and Director of the Superior Conservatory of Music of Malaga. His artistic career is full of distinctions and awards, such as the Master "Alirio Díaz" commendation, the Ilugo Athenaeum medal, the "Per il concertismo" Cittá di Fiuggi Award or the Cittá di Treviso Recognition for his artistic contribution to heritage cultural.

He has been awarded in Important National and International Competitions, and has offered concerts in halls and theaters in Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, England, Switzerland, Holland, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, (former ) Yugoslavia, Turkey, United States, Cuba, Venezuela, Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador, Japan, etc.

He has performed as a soloist in many prestigious theaters and halls, such as the Carnegie Hall in New York, the National Auditorium in Madrid, the "Andrés Segovia" House Museum, the Japan Guitar Palace or the Cervantes Theater in Malaga, among others, and has performed as Soloist in the Berlin Chamber Orchestra, the Simón Bolivar of Caracas, the Chamber of the European Union, the Malaga Philharmonic and the Lublin Philharmonic, among others.

At present, he is sought after and acclaimed in the main International Music and Guitar Festivals. He regularly teaches Master Class in Conservatories and Universities in Europe and the United States and makes recordings for Radio and Television networks in various countries, such as in Japan, where he has published an edition of his album Chaconne and where he has been awarded by the "Japanese School of Guitar".
